2006 Regional Seminars

Exhibit and Sponsorship Information

The dates for our three regional one-day seminars have been announced.

• Austin - September 8, 2006 at the BIATX office building (TSTA Building) in downtown Austin
• Amarillo - October 7, 2006 at the Amarillo College in the Business and Industry Center, Amarillo, Texas
• Houston - October 28, 2006 at the University of Houston, in the Houston Room of the University Center (Silver Sponsorship of Lunch provided by Nexus Health Systems for the Houston seminar only)

As a Sponsor at one or more of the BIATX Regional Seminars, your organization can:

• Learn first-hand the needs of individuals with brain injury and their families and determine how to meet those needs.

Diamond Seminar Sponsorship: $3,000 for each of the seminars
Only 1 Sponsorship available per seminar

Diamond seminar Sponsorship includes the following:
* Full page advertisement in seminar program,
* Free Exhibitors Table throughout the seminar
* Three free seminar Registrations
* Banner prominently displayed at the seminar (Please provide)
* Special recognition at the beginning of the plenary sessions
* Special logo listing in BIATX Newsletter and BIATX Website

Gold Seminar Sponsorship: $2,000 for each of the seminars
Only 1 Sponsorship available per seminar

Gold seminar Sponsorship includes the following:
* Half page advertisement in seminar Program
* Free Exhibitors Table throughout the seminar
* Two free seminar Registrations
* Banner prominently displayed throughout the seminar. (Please provide)
* Special recognition at the beginning of the plenary sessions
* Special listing in BIATX Newsletter and BIATX Website

Silver Seminar Sponsorship: $1,500 for each of the following events at each of the seminars
Only 2 Sponsorships available for each seminar at the Continental Breakfast and Lunch

Silver seminar Sponsorship includes the following:
* One-fourth page advertisement in seminar program
* Free Exhibitors Table throughout the seminar – Basic location ($1000 value)
* One free seminar Registration

* Company logo (8x10) prominently displayed near the serving tables
* Special recognition at the beginning of the seminar and prior to event sponsored
* Special listing in BIATX in Newsletters and BIATX Website

Exhibitors

A limited number of exhibitor spaces are avalable at each of the seminars.  Cost to exhibit is $400.00 per seminar or $1000.00 for all three.  You may use the Acteva links on the seminar schedule pages to register for exhibit space.

Scholarship Opportunities

The Brain Injury Association of Texas offers the opportunity for you to Partner with us in providing Scholarships for family members and Survivors. Without these Scholarships, many members of the Texas Brain Injury Community would not be able to attend the seminar and benefit from the knowledge and resources shared by speakers, exhibitors, and fellow attendees. These scholarships allow us to reimburse those in need for travel, lodging and registration for the seminar.

You may participate as a Saint partner for $1,500.00 and receive recognition in all three seminar programs as well as an advertisement in 3 upcoming BIATX Newsletters.

You may participate as a Patron partner for $1,000.00 and receive recognition in the seminar Program as well as an advertisement in 2 upcoming BIATX Newsletters.

You may participate as a Booster partner for $500.00 and receive recognition in the seminar Program as well as an advertisement in 1 upcoming BIATX Newsletters.
